Gary has led small-group adventures for Cavallo Point Resort in Sausalito, as well as other San Francisco based Rentals and Tour outfits. His love for biking inspired him to launch North Beach Cyclery where we offer top-notch e-bike tours and sales. Gary hunted down the best high-quality e-bikes—Stromer and Desiknio—to give you an unforgettable, personalized experience.

With a background in luxury sales and customer service for brands in the food and beverage space, Gary is back to his roots in cycling bringing an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence to every ride. Plus, he's a top-ranking champion in the West Coast Mountain Bike Series.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

Once a tour is scheduled, if you or your party are unable to make it you have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your tour before said booking date and time. Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Returns and Refunds:

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In the event that we ship the wrong product(s) to you, we take full responsibility for the shipping fees associated with returning your incorrect item(s) and shipping the correct item(s) to you.

If you receive a product with quality issues, such as defects or damages, we will cover the shipping fees for the return of faulty product and the delivery of a replacement item.

For all other cases, including returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees of said item(s).

If you return an item to our store without prior authorization of North Beach Cyclery, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a $70 handling fee and cost of shipping.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days after receiving product.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge an at least 15% handling fee per item. We cannot change, intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method. Please note, in order to receive a refund, you must notify North Beach Cyclery of any shipment refusal. Failure to do so will cause a significant delay in the receipt of your refund for any refused items. If an item is refused delivery only the cost of said item will be returned not the shipping cost.

Return Shipping Cost:

All return costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you are returning an Ebike please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No bike shop returns/exchanges. Please note that each of our distributors and dealers have their own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other channels/platforms/distributors/partner bike shops or dealer shops.
